Earlier in January, I printed out our W-2 and W-3 forms and everything seemed OK. I believe I was asked to do an update when I went in at the end of January to do our paychecks (we get paid once a month). I just tried to run the 940 form for 2017 and have discovered that the program no longer has any information for us prior to our first check in 2018. We've been using PayWindow for at least 4 years and I always was able to look at past payment history for each employee - all gone but Jan. 2018. The 940 said that there was no information available for 2017. YIKES!!
Is there a way to fix this or do I just 'start again' with Jan. 2018?
