Importing Qquest Time Clock data

Hello,

I'm having trouble with importing the CSV file into Paywindow. When I import the data it goes into the program as each shift. When I click next, it just goes blank. Then says importing... and import OK. but it doesn't import anything. It worked just fine in the 2016 version of paywindow (2 years ago) but didn't work in 2017 or 2018.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nothing has changed in PayWindow since we set it up for Qquest years ago. Please see the instructions in this page of the help file and also verify that your export file matches the format we showed back then.
