Runtime Error at Install

When I attempt to install ZPay Payroll I get the following error message and the install fails:

Runtime Error (at 56:148)
Internal error: Failed to expand shell folder contant "userdocs"

I have downloaded ZPay Payroll 3 different times.

I have disabled my antivirus software and/or tried "Run as administrator"

Any idea what is wrong?

This is a first error like that we ever saw and is has to do with accessing the Documents folder to place teh tax tables and the database files. "userdocs" is the computers Documents folder.

Are you on a local bachine or attempting to install across a network or something that our setup package is not expecting? The setup package is the same as it had been for many years and never got this error before so I'm totally drawing a blank on this one.

Paul,

I was able to install PW on a different computer with no problems, so it was not a PW problem.

I will have to do a repair install of Win7, because I also noticed Windows Update is not working properly. Not sure why, but they are probably related.
