Local Tax Rates Gone!

I just posted the new update today. When I went to do a payroll all Local Tax Tables are gone! I did a few payrolls yesterday and they all had local tax withheld. The 2 I did today DO NOT have local tax withheld....what happened?

When installing you changed a setting from Install for All Users or Just for me. Reinstall and when you get to that setting, set it back to the way it was.
