I am selling my business, the new owner wants to use Paywindow how does that work? if he has to buy a new license can he import the data?

They can purchase the Annual Upgrade to transfer to them. When the name does not match, we will then check the Company Name, Address, Phone, etc. to find a match when processing the upgrade.
