How to combine form 941 reporting for two companies with required same EIN

I and several of my associates run two or more Sole Prop companies that are very different from each other (Equipment Repair and a Wholesale Nursery). The IRS and CA require that all sole prop businesses operated by a single individual have the same FEIN.
This requires payroll data for each company be consolidated into a single form 941.

Is there an ap or simple way to do this with Zpay?

My solution is to do what the IRS says, create a single company so all is reported under the same EIN. Then assign Employee ID's for each "division" like 1001 through 1999 for the Equipment Repair and 2001 through 2999 for the Wholesale Nursery, etc.
