When I go to update it takes me into Microsoft Word2010. While I am in program if I click tech support it takes me to Microsoft Word 2010. Have not updated in a while because of this.

You have a serious problem on that computer and I don't know if it is a virus or what. You may need to have a computer tech look at it as that is very wrong.
