Exporting from TimeClockWindow

Hey there. Let me first state that I was following this tutorial:

I get up to the stage where the export is successful, but when I return to PayWindow, nothing seems to have been imported. Is this supposed to happen automatically? The databases match in the two programs as you can see below:

When I open PayWindow, it shows 0 hours for the 4 existing employees. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for the help!

My guess is that when you created your company in TimeClockWindow you did not use the instructions in this Tutorial to create the company and thus your employee ID's do not match what is in PayWindow.

If it was done that way, you would see the employees and then time as you go through the steps as seen in this Tutorial:

http://timeclockwindow.com/help/ExportTimeClockWindowToPayWindow/index.html

Or one last thing that would not do it is if you did not click Export after reviewing the times as shown in the above Tutorial.
