View Full Version : 941 Form Report produces blank page

Build 15.0.8, Updated tax table today.
Printed Quarterly Tax Libility - Looks normal.
Clicked 941 Form tab
Checked "Less than $2500"
Quarter "2"
"No Payment"
"Print Preview" - produces a PDF that is a BLANK PAGE.

That sounds like your antivirus software is blocking PayWindow from poking the data into Adobe Acrobat or you have some other program installed that is causing the problem. See this FAQ for other things that we've seen cause the problems:

No, actually the cause was the files f941_2017.pdf and f941b_2017.pdf had been deleted, presumably by an update gone wrong. I reinstalled to fix the problem. I still don't have the other f94*_2017 files, but I suspect they will appear near year end. Wishlist item: When you can't open a file, display an error message.

Yes those are annual reports and are generally released at the end of the year in December.
