I did read you post on the NY Family leave act in the read only section. your example deals with regular employees, I have a bunch of students working about 20 hrs ($200) a week (but I do pay biweekly), would I be able to set it up as the percentage (0.126%) of their wage since it will be under the SAWW for those employees ? Do you know if officers are exempt like workers comp ? For regular employees do you have to do these calculation each payroll ?
