I am trying your software, but I encounter the following problem: when paying overtime Zpay calculates the wrong amount, for example. I have an employee that earns $24.00 per hour, $36.00 O/T. When I input the 34.41 hours regular and 53 minutes of overtime, Zpay calculates a Regular Pay of $844.92 while Quickbooks gives $857.52.

I believe is the decimal conversion, do I have to manually convert the hours to decimal? or what I am doing wrong?

When I take your number, and use our conversion tool from hours and minutes to decimal, I get the 857.52 in PayWindow.

You typed in 53 minutes into a decimal point data entry when it was looking for .883 not .53.

Do you see that small button immediately to the right of the OT entry field with three dots? Like this [...], click on it and enter your 53 minutes and click the "Convert" button and then click the "Save and Apply to Field" button and it will convert and apply the correct decimal number.
