I have one employee who currently works only in Kansas, but is about to start doing some work in Missouri as well. Her paycheck will always be for work done in one state or the other, not both. It doesn't seem that I can attach two state tax tables to one employee. Can I manually change her state tax records in her employee profile as needed before each paycheck? Will her w-2 at the end of the year correctly reflect the amount withheld from both states?
