Compensation Wages not matching social security wages

I have 3 employees 2016 in printing W2s the Wages #1 box does not match the SS wages or medicare wages. The #1 box is wrong.
I have gone through the transactions and cannot find an error.

Without seeing and examining the database, my first guess is that you have some deductions that are exempt from FICA and Medicare and did not check the "941" checkbox in the company settings for that deductions or deductions. Checking that box will fix the problem.

I checked our records and we have no deductions that would be exempt. Also the compensation box is less than the FICA and Medicare box on the 3 employees out of 50. I sent the database file.
