when creating/printing a w-2 there is no financial data - just name and address

Hi ,
Just downloaded this for a try. It is great and I could understand it pretty quickly with the tutorial videos and help file. I want to purchase this but when I went to print a w-2 form it only printed the company name, address, ss#, employee name & addr and that's it. No w-2 form was printed on the Preview or my printer. What am I doing wrong? I am doing this for 2016 and created my own company profile for 2016 - a company for that year only. I put in "end of 4th qtr earnings " but the earnings don't show on the w-2. They do show if I print a check with the payment date of 12/31/2016 (which is the payment date). I can print an employee wage stmt, I can print qtrly totals for tax reporting which show total gross wages, I can print complete employee payroll report for the one employee (me), etc.

If you entered pay for 2016 to print the 2016 W2 forms, you must set the date to 12/31/2016 in PayWindow. Now if you were playing with it and entered pay with it dated this year, you would need to keep the date for this year.
