End of year not deleting "U" employees

Version 15.0.3.0 will not delete "U" type employees or their transactions. Is there a fix for this?

Duh I knew I was going be embarrassed this one. I missed the drop down dialogue. Too much eggnog this season I guess. Thanks for the prompt reply.
