Is it possible to edit W-2 information?

I have an employee who received 3rd party sick pay during the year. I need to report social security & medicare withheld from sick pay either by combining with withholding for regular pay or preferably by creating separate W-2 for sick pay. Also, will need to add these amounts to totals on W-3. Is this possible?

Two Ways to Edit W2 Forms, one is with the add-on from W2Express a ZPAY Partner, see this page in the help file:

Another is to report the W2 Forms if you have a small company by entering them on the SSA.GOV website. See this FAQ:

Thank you for quick response! I will look into both options.

Is it possible to export Zpay data into either of these options or will I have to retype name, address, SSN, payroll info for each employee?

If you watch the Video at the W2Express link I gave you, PayWindow exports and then launches the date in W2Express ready to go.
