Extra check stub with 15.0.1

We ran our first payroll with version 15.0.1 today and the checks printed with stubs on both the top and bottom even though the setup called for "default check-stub on top". We don't need a printed bottom stub and just tear them off and use them for note paper. And, I don't like wasting toner printing something we don't need. :(

We never had a format like you described. If you had a custom check format where you edited the check form file, you would need to select it. See the Tutorials we have on this on our website:

Paul, if my name were Jane Curtain, Dan Akroyed would be calling me an ignorant slut.

I modified the file pr_check2.frf in 2007 to suit our checks and every time I installed a new update to PayWindow I replaced that named file in the PayWindow "Reports" folder with my version of that file. I just plumb forgot to do that when I installed 15.0.1 yesterday. Sorry to bother you over that.

And if you watched the videos, you would see we now preserve the custom check formats for you if you follow the instructions. :-)

I had a feeling you hadn't seen that feature when it was added earlier this year. Consider it an early Christmas present for you. :-)
