View Full Version : Payroll Systemm won't open directory

After the notification of the update was released today I can no longer access my company information. I tried upgrading the software however that doesn't let me open it either after I enter the password, it just says "No Database".

I also tried restoring a back up but that did not work either.

It sounds like you may have not left the default settings when you installed the upgrade. You need to locate your database, our default folder is:

Documents\PayWindow Data Files\

Our sample file is paywin.dxi, your file would be the dame that you used when you created your company. See this video on how to look in that folder and open the company file loading it in PayWindow:

Hi Paul,

I followed the video. I can open the sample file but now when I go to open my company's .dxi I get an error. I'm not sure if it got corrupted somehow or what. Any help you can provide would be helpful.

Attach your company .dxi file to an email to support@zpay.com and we will see if it is corrupted and see if we can repair it for you.
