In all the years I've used PayWindow every two weeks (Since the 3.5 inch disk days) I've never seen this happen before. I was making the IRS payment online for last week's payroll and I entered the amounts from the PayWindow "Employer's Payroll Total Report (Federal)" as follows: Employer Federal Liabilities = $2361.11 and the Employee and Employer FICA $991.11, Medicare $231.92. and Federal Tax $1,137.48. When I went to the next step I was shocked, shocked to see a message that things didn't add up correctly. I went back and did it again with the same results. So, I added up the three "Employee and Employer" amounts and got a total of $2361.10, one cent less than the Employer Federal Liabilities. I just said WTF and increased the Employees' Federal Tax by one cent, and made the deposit without further problems. Paul, shouldn't Paywindow check for this kind of rounding error and make an one cent adjustment to the report values if needed?

Rounding can happen and is expected as you can see here:

It is very rare but you did what you should do when paying online.

Thanks Paul. Since I'd never encountered that before in all the years I've been using your great program I thought it might have been something I did wrong while entering payroll data last week.
