Company sold

My company was sold. The new owner wants to set up a New Company in PayWindow. He would like to be able to import the exiting employee data(name SSn, payrate, exemptions, etc.) excluding historical payperiod hrs worked, gross pay, etc. from the old company. Can this be done or must all the employee information be manually reentered.

No you cannot import into a new company. What he can do is to rename the company database to what name he wants it to be in the PayWindow Data Files folder and then double click on it to open in PayWindow and then edit the company information to use his company name and information.
