941 forms date

When I attempted to process the 941 form for the 1st quarter. It put the correct information in for 2016. However, the form template on PayWindows was for 2015. I transferred the data to a 2016 Form 941 and saved it, figuring that the form would be updated by the end of the 2nd quarter. I ran the 2nd quarter report. It is still the 2015 form. How can I correct this? thanks, Tom

You have not been keeping PayWindow updated. The IRS Released the 2016 941 form in March and it was added to PayWindow at that time. You your update checker, the current release is 14.0.15.

I thought I was updating. However, it appears my antivirus program was preventing update from completing. I turned off the antivirus program temporarily and the update loaded with the correct forms. I am all set.
