I was notified today that the IRS has not received my 2014 Form 940. Is there anyway to print a saved document? Mine keeps displaying 2015, even though I log in in 2014.

I'm assuming you have not been keeping a paper trail of all payroll reports in case of an IRS or State Audit as if you have, you would just pull that out of your filing cabinet and maker a copy. If you do have an audit, it will be costly if you do not have all of those past records.

You can find that old form at this link: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwim6M39rLfNAhUNV1IKHXqHC2wQFggpMAA&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.irs.gov%2Fpub%2Firs-prior%2Ff940--2014.pdf&usg=AFQjCNGAOA_MfvhKfRxKjrWqJOyuvmj6eg&sig2=Lu7vdnIvevvXxdCzZp_s9A on the IRS website.

You will need to fill it out manually and print it.

To insure that you have all reports and do not end up with huge penalties and costs from possible future audits, make sure that you save all payroll reports going back at least four years. See this page:
