I want to buy a new lap top and im sure it will have windows 10. Are there any problems using that and is there anything special I need to know before moving my program to the new computer?

So you can import everything from one computer to another then? I wonder if zpay will ever be available in the 'cloud' in the future?

Unfortunately the Microsoft Access Data tools used for the database has shown data corruption when using a cloud storage system, so the answer is no.
