Fica and Medicare not calculating correct for IRA contributors

Our CPA just informed us that the employee's who participate in IRA contributions have incorrect withholding for FICA and Medicare. We updated the program, ran some mock paychecks without the IRA and they calculate correctly, those with the IRA are off by a few cents. What is causing this?

My guess is that you did not set up the deduction for the IRA correctly. See the Tutorial on how to setup and use deductions and make sure you watch the entire video as it must also be setup as a constant in the employee settings as well.
