Trouble downloading PayWindow 2016 upgrade

I've tried unsuccessfully to download the upgrade. I have my unlock code. I keep getting error messages during the download....it says Payroll Application is open and is unable to be closed. Then, if I hit ignore, a Code 5 error comes up. Help please. Thanks.

Yes error 5 is an error that has been around for years. It said what it is, PayWindow is still running in the background and Windows has it locked so the setup program cannot replace it.

Shut down and restart your computer and then go to our website with your web browser and download and install it. See the video at this link:
