Printer impasse

I just downloaded a free trial of Paywindow. I printed the license agreement and the tax table info. I set up our company. Entered payments and when I tried to print the check stubs, i got a message that there is "Printer Driver Issue" and "Printer is not selected". But it is installed and it is selected as default printer. I can't get around this block.

Try selecting another print driver and shut down the Devices and Printers tool and reselect the Printer that you want to use.
