I have searched the web for the 2016 FICA and MCARE Rates don't seem to change yet Paywindow 14.0.3.0 calculates sligthly higher under Federal Tax they show correctly

Total pay was $3404.90

Employer total report shows

Employee and Employer FICA 429.50 Medicare 102.14

3404.90 x .062 x 2 =422.21
3404.90 x .0145 x 2 = 98.74

What could I be doing wrong. Why is FICA calculating .63? and MCARE off

My guess is you had a larger total pay and then after calculating the taxes, edited the "total pay" reducing it and forgot to recalculate the taxes as a test with your numbers as expected is exact as it should be.

I did not editing to the total pay and the report still shows FICA 429.50 and Mcare 102.14

Also in the email reference this message thread and I will inspect the raw data and tell you exactly what you did to cause the problem.

I got your database and saw what you did.

Payroll for Tammy was paid 1/5/2016 and you made changes to the pay after calculating the taxes and did not recalculate before saving the transaction.

If you set the date to pay her to 1/5/2016 and try to pay and when the message pops up select to Edit and then click the Pay button it calculates properly. You actually did edit that transaction and did not recalculate the taxes before saving.
