Problems logging in....wont unlock

I purchased Zpay in 2015 and updated for 2016. It just today locked me out saying my 30 trial was over. However, my purchase was to cover the remainder of 2015 and then all of 2016. I've tried using the original Registration code, that doesn't work. When I updated for 2016 I used the unlock for that which was sent to me. It has now expired as of 2016 but I did try it with no luck. What's the deal?:confused:
