Paul, While cleaning and moving last year's backup files, I noticed an odd file structure.
My last backup for 2015 is: ad200712-31-15.zip
If I double-click on this file (while in IE explorer), it opens the next sub-level.
This sub-level contains the files: "2012", a directory; and ad2007.dxi created in 12-31-2015
When I open the 2012 directory if find: ad2007.dxi created in 1-20-2013

I looked an every zip for the past year, and they all have the 2012 directory with the ad2007.dxi created in 1-20-2013 file located in that directory.

How can I get the backup creation file to stop attaching the 2012 directory?

PS
Explorer looks generally like this on every backup.
>ad200712-31-15.zip
>>ad2007.dxi created in 12-31-2015
>>2012 directory
>>>ad2007.dxi created in 1-20-2013

I have a feeling that you are possibly opening your database from within a backup or something worse. If you are on a high speed Internet connection, I'd like to see your screen so I can see what you have there are in the 30 plus years of our software, I've never seen this happen before. In PayWindow, click on Help, then select About and Contact Us. Call that number and ask for me so I can start a meeting to see what you have going on there.

I'll call you tomorrow and see if you are available to get on here.
I checked the file opening links and all 3 look like good directories to me. But I may have a bad setting in my preferences.
I'll try you tomorrow. Thanks
