salaried employee not getting paid

I am a new user of PayWindow. I have two salaried employees. When I follow the directions and am looking at the Details 2 screen and press "pay" the pay button stays blue for a while but nothing happens. It does not calculate taxes or anything. Our pay period ends in two days and we need to get paid. Please advise!

You should give us a call so we can go over your settings as if it is set up properly, it will calculate.
