Update to PayWindow 2016

I have tried several times to update to 2016 but I keep getting error codes 5 and then 32. In trying to figure this out, I realized that my year reports for 2015 were actually reading 2014. I can correct that manually, but I still cant get 2016 to update and I suppose it is due to the fact that I evidently failed to download 2015 properly. Any ideas? HELP!

Error code 5 tells you that there is a file that is locked by Windows that the setup program cannot replace. Shut down the computer and restart it to release all locks from Windows. Then after restarting, simply run the setup program to install PayWindow.
