When I print W-2s, employees who have no federal or state withholding show no taxable wages but do show FICA and Medicare Wages and Withholdings. How can I correct this?

Box 1 is wages subject to Federal Income Tax. If your employees are marked exempt, the number is zero. The same goes for state, if they were marked as exempt from state tax it will not display any wages.

In that case it is correct.
