security issue with DGR software website?

I have used DGR software for state forms with ZPAY for a number of years. This year when I click the link to get the 2016 update for DGR, my computer stops me from connecting to their website, giving me a security warning that the connection is not private. Last week when I was trying the link did not work at all and said the server might be down. Never had this problem before. Anyone else having a similar issue?

I just tested their links and no issues here. My guess is you have your security set so high it is giving you warnings that are nothing to worry about.
