Trying to export hours from 12/26/15 through 1/8/16 and it shows 0 hours for everyone. If I do 12/16/15 - 12/31/15 it shows hours, but if I do 01/01/16 - 01/08/16 it shows 0 hours.

I was using wrong dates. Ugh.

You have "open" time transactions where people have not punched out. You will have to wait until there is no one punched in or set the ending date to "yesterday". See this FAQ:
