dropped gross wages

When I printed out W-2 preview wage forms, one of the employees is a salary(minister) and non of his gross wages are showing up on the w-2 but the amount for withdrawal of labor & industries shows up on the form....never had this happen before...help!

I'm betting you marked him or her as exempt from FIT which is why there are no wages in box 1 which is for taxable FIT wages. And on that "withdrawal of labor & industries" item, you probably set up a deduction and in the setting have the 941 Box selected and set up a box of the W2 to display it.
