Can sick pay be set up to accrue 1 hour for every 30 hours worked?

Since there is a new law that began in California July 1, 2015, that requires employers to give 1 hour sick pay for every 30 hours worked, is there a way to set this up in pay window? We are required to pay for at least 24 hours of sick pay if the employee has worked long enough. I wasn't sure if I need to do this manually. Our employees are part time with no set number of hours.
