I love PayWindow, but I've always had trouble getting the vacation and sick accruals right.
Here is the issue:
Employee X shows vacation accrual of 75 hours when the vacation accrual should actually be 15 hours.
Trying to fix this, I tell the program that this employee took 60 hours of vacation leave, thinking that 75-60=15.
This doesn't seem to work, as the next time I print out paychecks, the listed accruals are even more out-of-whack.
Can you steer me to the right way to fix this issue?
