Can't open program- states tax tables are

TAX TABLE ERROR- We cannot find your tax tables... HELP!

When you start PayWindow, the Calendar screen shows where your tax tables are located.

First check that folder to see if your tax tables are there.

These are the files you need:

ppstax15.dat
ppstax15.idx
ppctax15.dat
ppctax15.idx
ppftax15.dat
ppftax15.idx
ppltax09.dat
ppltax09.idx

If they are not there, go to our website at http://zpay.com and download and install PayWindow over what you have to replace them.

If they are there you have one of two larger problems.

The first being just a simple security problem where your computer or antivirus software is blocking access to the tax tables. To test this, RIGHT click on the PayWindow desktop Icon and select "Run as administrator". That should force rights to overpower what is blocking the access. If that fixed the problem, disable your antivirus program and try PayWindow normally and see if it works. If it does, you need to set your antivirus program to trust PayWindow. The other problem may be caused by the Windows 7 problem that is addressed in this FAQ:

If it is not the above problems, (I've kept the worst for last) it may be that horrible "Ransom Virus" that encrypts all data files making them unusable. To fix that, I really do not know where to start.
