PayWindow 14 update

Have tried to update Pay Window 3 times from within Paywindow and also from website download - it hangs up halfway through each time and will not install. The download comes thru but will not install.

My guess is that Windows has a lock on the paywin.exe file not allowing the setup program to replace it.

Shut down the computer and restart it. When it restarts, DO NOT start PayWindow but open Internet Explorer and go to our website and download and run the setup from our download page. Do not change any of the options in the setup process.
