Reprinting W2 Forms: Easy? hard?

So I had an employee just call me up and say that she never received her W2.

Is it easy to reprint W2 forms from 2014?

I know that the program changes every year, and I know that I have the latest updates.

Does that mean it might print out the wrong info for the 2014 W2 form?

We are moving offices, so I am not even sure where our copy of the W2 forms are out to double check it).

Also, what do I do if I don't have any more blank W2 forms???

Yes you can print a W2 for 2014 with PayWindow 2015. You would need to change the FICA Wage Limit. See this page in the help file:

As far as finding 2014 W2 Forms, I really don't know where you can get any now.

It turns out that she needs the W2 from 2013, not 2014 :(

It looks like the fica rate was 6.2% (same as 2015) but the limit was $113,700

So if I were to reprint a W2 from 2013, just use the method in this link:

And set the fica limit to 113700 instead of the 117000 right???

That is correct as well as setting the date to 12/31/2013.
