Adminstrator mode

Upgraded my computer to Windows 7, when I open PayWindow and if I want
to make changes, it asks that I need to be in administrator mode, I can't find
where I make it permanent.

To run any program in Administrator mode, simply RIGHT click on the program's Desktop Icon and select Run as Administrator from the popup menu.
