940 for 2013?

Is there anyway to access the 940 form for previous years? I've tried changing the date but it still put 2014 on top of the form.

No, the current program can only access the current form which is 2015 as that was added when PayWindow 2015 was released.

If you've never uninstalled PayWindow, the PDF forms are available in the 'report" subfolder of the PayWindow installed folder. You can fill the form in manually.
