I work in the ACH department of the bank and I have a customer using PayWindow. To complete their Company information, it asks for the Immediate Destination Routing Number and Immediate Origin Routing. We have no idea where to find this information, and don't know what to tell our customer to input here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. None of our other ACH customers have had to complete this type of information when sending payroll through our ACH system with the bank. You do not include a description of this field in your direct deposit items online help.
