Files missing after update program to build 13.0.11

Newly updated program to Build 13.0.11 - will not give me quarterly totals for individual employees in the Report Ctr Normal 80 report- says there are no transactions. The employer totals report is also short one of my pay periods too.
Can you suggest what I might do to straighten this out? Don't know if it's the update or something I did wrong.
