Changing Gross Pay

Hi. Previously when I needed to change the gross payroll amount for a week, due to an employee taking a day off I just changed the amount at the top of the pay screen to the correct gross. Now, my Employee total reports are incorrect. I checked back and the gross is reverted to the 5 day amount while the withholding stays at the 4 day. Please help. I am not aware of this happening in previous years and my reports are wrong. I hope I don't have to change the pay amount under employee info each time I need to change it. Thanks

Most likely you forgot to recalculate the taxes when you changed the gross pay while paying. Delete the transaction and sent the date and repay it properly.
