Social Security Number

The employee's social security number is not printing on the W-2? Checked and the SS# is in the personal file on the employee.

None of the thousands of other users are having the problem and we've never had such a problem through the years.

Is it possible you have the W3 Form selected? Looks like the W2 but is the company information. Or was the SSAN number missing and you opened the employee and added it but still had the report center open from the first attempt where it had the data loaded without the SSAN number?

Those are the only items that come to mind.
