Updating program problem

I had to reinstall ZPAY after a hard drive crash. Installation on my new computer running win 7 pro 64bit went smooth but when I went to update the program and tax files I keep getting a message saying "the following applications are using files that need to be updated by setup.....and it shows Payroll Application. I have nothing from ZPAY open. I closed all applications after downloading the update and Firefox is the only thing open. I click to automatically close the applications but get a message that "setup was unable to automatically close all applications". So I click ignore which then gives me an error message "DeleteFile Failed: Code 5. Access is denied. If I ignore again to then gives me an Error code 32. I'm still running ver 13.0.0 but it looks like the tax tables were updated.

Code 5 goes back to the pre-windows days and means that the operating system has one of the files that the setup is attempting to replace locked.

Shut down the computer and restart it. That will release any file locks. After restarting do NOT start PayWindow so Windows cannot lock any files. Then go you our website and download and install from the Download page.
