W-2 edit

Is there a way to edit a W-2. Working on clergy. In the past there seemed to be a tool bar I could bring up....I have "object inspector" in my mind as the name of the tool bar and it would allow me to go in and edit the boxes that I needed to. Is this no longer part of the program? I have only a few W-2's and this seemed to work well for me in the past instead of having to buy an add on. Please advise!

The most economical way to do your W2 Forms if you only have a few is to sign up on the Social Security website at http://ssa.gov as you can then fill out the W2 Forms on their website, print copies on plain paper and submit them electronically. All for FREE.

What you recall was part of the PDF tools we used to use that when out of business and we had to switch to a new library that does not have that feature.
