I can't change "PayWndow Tax Files" folder location

Hi Paul,

I keep my data directory and company file in a special location. I would like to keep the PayWindow backup and tax files there also. When I change PayWindow Tax Table Directory in the startup window to the directory I want, the change is not saved and the location reverts to the default which is C:\Users\Dan\Documents\PayWindow Tax Files\

How can I control this directory location?

It's not a good idea to move the tax table location as the setup package is not smart enough to put it anyplace except the default folder. They don't take a lot of space as they are very small. And in the past, it has been a big problem when a user sits down to pay and the tax table pointer is corrupted and we cannot give them a quick fix because they modified the default location. That's a small problem, the big one was since generally the location of the tax tables was moved by a computer technician, the users missed all tax updates through the year as they thought they were updating through our auto updater and they were not.

So we strongly suggest using the default folder.

Problem Solved: Reinstall Paywindow for "All users of Computer" and the default folder location for the tax files is the "Users\Public" folder. Out of sight, out of mind! Thanks for your recommendation Paul.
