W-3 problem "employer's fax number" has the "employer's email address"

I printed our company's W-2 forms today followed by the W-3 form. My email address printed in BOTH the "fax number" and "email address" boxes. I checked my "Company" and the email and fax numbers are showing where they should be. I guess I'll change it with white-out and a pen as it was the last blank W-3 form I had left.

The problem with the W3 is still not fixed as of 4 January 7pm Pacific time. I just ran the W3 again, after seeing that it was supposed to have been fixed. The problem last week was that the email address printed in the fax number block and the telephone number printed in both the telephone number box and the email address box. After the fix, it now prints the email address twice, once in the fax box and once in the email address box.

I see that email in the FAX box which I missed. Download and reinstall from our website as I just fixed and uploaded it again.

Paul, I'm running 13.0.2 and it's printing my email address in the FAX block.


The "Company" info shows:

Person to Contact/Email: (First Box) = My name (Second Box) = My email address

Fax: (First Box) = Area Code (Second Box) = Our FAX number

I scrounged another W-3 Form from a neighbor and it printed OK.

It was fixed but the version number is the same. Download and reinstall PayWindow from pour download page over what you have to get the fix.
